• How to Opt-Out (Unsubscribe): You retain absolute control over your communication preferences. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by simply texting STOP to our number. Upon sending the text message STOP, we will transmit a final confirmation text message to verify your unsubscription. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you choose to re-initiate opt-in consent.

• Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and regional wireless entities) are not liable for delayed, misrouted, or undelivered messages.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prism Matrix, its founders, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use our Services.
